Fixed: F5 dialog: "More options" section wasn't correctly shown in Unicode (e.g. Chinese on Japanese Windows)
Fixed: Reverted to TFixedLabel in nag screen due to Unicode display problems
Fixed: FTP background transfer manager: F5-F2 didn't pass the password to the upload operation
Fixed: Try to catch "List index out of bounds" error caused by background transfer manager (within Delphi VCL code)
