New Features

    * Stored Connection Strings - Users may now store a connection string as a key in app.config file and reference this key in the Data Connection Wizard. This allows them to update a central source instead of every created web part.
    * Filter Using LIKE - Users may now use the LIKE operator when applying filters to data, with the % symbol as a wildcard. For example, "John%" will match "John Smith" and "John Doe".
    * Disable Custom Code – By using the disableCodeExecution key in the app.config file custom code may be prevented from executing at all, regardless of what has been entered into the code editor.

Issues Fixed

    * Web parts now run through SPDisposeCheck without returning any true positives. (8550)
    * Broken links in documentation corrected. (8894)
